Warranty

The Teton Hammock Company products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This Warranty protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If a Teton Hammock Company product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to the Teton Hammock Company product Warranty Department, 370 N Ridge, Idaho Falls, ID 83402. All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. The Teton Hammock Company cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. We require that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
